The Senior Loan Operations Associate is an experienced loan operations professional responsible for supporting the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of the Bank’s loan operations function. This role serves as a key partner to the Loan Operations Manager, Lending staff, and Credit personnel by assisting with loan documentation, booking, servicing, compliance monitoring, exception tracking, and operational reporting. The Senior Loan Operations Associate is expected to review loan files for accuracy and regulatory compliance, support SBA, HMDA, and TRID-related processes, assist with audit and examination preparation, and contribute to the development of strong operational controls that support the Bank’s lending activities and overall portfolio management.

The Fraud Analyst is responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity across the Bank’s deposit, lending, and digital channels. This role plays a key part in safeguarding customer assets and maintaining the Bank’s integrity by monitoring transactions, analyzing trends, and responding to suspicious activity in a timely and accurate manner.
