David Hardy has served as President and CEO since 2021, bringing more than 20 years of banking experience and executive leadership roles across multiple Oklahoma institutions, including IBC Bank and UMB Bank. He holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Addison Brown is the financial architect behind Prism Bank's continued growth and stability. As EVP and Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the financial strategy, capital planning, and accounting operations that keep Prism Bank positioned for long-term success.

As EVP and Chief Lending Officer, Matthew Scantlin oversees Prism Bank’s lending strategy, portfolio and relationship banking. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, he brings deep expertise in commercial banking, specialized lending and aviation finance. Beyond banking, Matt is pursuing his Private Pilot Certificate and enjoys real estate investing. He has helped expand Prism Bank’s aviation lending and national commercial banking through relationship-driven solutions.

As EVP and Chief Technology Officer, Sam Blanton leads all IT and information security functions with more than 15 years of banking technology experience. Her expertise spans network architecture, systems administration, and security governance — all aligned to one goal: building the modern, resilient infrastructure a growing institution demands.

As EVP and Chief Operating Officer, Steve Shear oversees deposit operations, treasury, retail banking, and card and payments functions. He brings deep experience from leadership roles at Central Bank & Trust, First Western Trust, and J.P. Morgan Chase. His diverse background gives him a perspective that shapes Prism Bank's operational strategy and client experience.

Tony Caldwell has served as Chairman of the Board since 2018. A serial entrepreneur, he transformed OAA into one of the largest regional insurance distributors in the U.S., with over $700 million in sales and 185 agency partnerships nationwide. He is the author of several books, including Amazon bestseller "UnCaptive Agent," and hosts the podcast "UnCaptive Agent: The Future of Insurance."

Rudy Khouri has served on the board since 2015 and is a member of the Governance Committee. With more than 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, he is best known for founding La Baguette, a French bakery he grew into a regional market leader. He holds a degree in computer science with minors in Business Administration and Mathematics.

Chris White joined the board in 2022 and chairs the Audit Committee. With more than 25 years in engineering and manufacturing, he serves as President of Keco Body Repair Products and CEO of Keco Manufacturing — a globally recognized leader in Glue Pull Repair technology for the collision repair industry.

Jeff Johnson joined the board in 2022 and chairs the Board Loan Committee. As President and CEO of JLou Properties, he brings three decades of real estate development experience across office, medical, retail, and industrial properties in OKC. Jeff co-founded The First State Bank in Oklahoma City, where he served on the board for 13 years.

Mary Myrick joined the board in 2023 and serves on the ALCO and Audit Committees. Since founding Public Strategies in 1990, she has grown the firm into a national leader in human service communications and strategic consulting, with more than three decades of experience serving federal and state agencies, nonprofits, and foundations nationwide.

Carl Gibson joined the board in 2024 and chairs the ALCO Committee. With more than four decades of experience across technology, life sciences, and private equity, he has held CFO and COO roles at multiple venture-backed companies and earlier served in senior roles at First Commercial Bank and Citizens Bank.

DeWitt Ray joined the board in 2024 and serves on the ALCO, Audit, and Strategic Planning Committees. With more than 35 years of finance industry experience, he has advised numerous Oklahoma banks through roles at Commerce American Corp. and Commerce Street Capital, and has served as CFO of Oklahoma Heritage Bank since 2022.
